This unit is an on-site modified RMS-108 exclusively for ground combat and is considered to be the successor of the MS-06 line, a mobile suit that is quite familiar with former Zeon soldiers. It is named after DRAGOON 13 and is usually dubbed the (d13) A Type. In order to move at high speeds in the atmosphere, the main modifications made were the removal of the rocket thrusters for propulsion in outer space and the attaching of a hover cruising system on its legs and back. Along with that, various parts of the armor were made more lightweight to improve controllability. In addition, by enhancing the head sensor unit, search functionality was greatly improved. For armaments, it carries a 50mm 6-tube vulcan gun, however this is a weapon that was developed as a secondary gun for the gigantic transport ship Garuda. Due to its performance surpassing the latest beam weaponry in terms of rapid fire and accuracy rate, it exerts tremendous power depending on the situation it is utilized.

The chest section covering the cockpit is an armor reinforced with epoxy steel. The armor panels around the waist was changed to Gundarium Plavan.
The fins on the jet parts are substituted with parts of mobile suits captured from the AEUG. The ankles which support weight in excess of 50 tons uses the same prototype mobile suit parts as the thighs but the model is unknown. The large tank on the back is also clad in Plavan armor material. The lower radiation fin is made by Tamiya Electronics. A new type of Plavow smoke bomb is launched from the smoke discharger on the left arm.
