Carlos Craig: A veteran officer of the Earth Federation Space Forces Central Intelligence Agency. After losing his wife and child to Zeon remnants, he alienates himself from the organization.

ANAHEIM ELECTRONICS
Alberto Vist: An executive of Anaheim Electronics. He heads to Granada on the moon in order to inspect a prototype mobile suit.
Aaron Terzieff: A participant in the UC Project, part of the Federation Space Forces Reorganization Plan. He’s in charge of the armor material division and was involved in the development of the Unicorn Gundam.
